I eat this stuff almost everyday. It's low in calories for an instant soup mix, and it tastes remarkably like the real thing. My only issue is that I have found a 30 piece carton of the regular packages (still 2.1 oz) at my local asian market for $10.99. Plus I don't have to wait a week to get it. But If you can't get it that way, I would definitely order some, and order som Sriracha hot sauce to go with it. You may also want to try it with fresh basil leaves, mung bean sprouts, and the most important ingredient.... lime.I LOVE IT!
