The flavor of the jerky is tasty. It has a nice brown sugar soy flavor...but it is extremely moist. It is way too moist. It is almost soggy. I am going to try and put it in the oven and see if I can dry it out. After just touching it, my wife will not even eat it because the texture grossed her out. she said it feels like slime...I agree. looks like i will be trying another type!***Update***
Just noticed...the only people reviewing this jerky with 5 stars just happen to be in the immediate vicinity to where the jerky is produced. i would look at the other flavors and look for reviews from other states so you make sure the review is not from an employee or owner of the company.
