Review of Char Siu Sauce 6 Bottles

This is the only char siu marinade I use, very simple, i'll marinate pork or chicken with it, after the marinating is done i'll cook it in the oven at 350 degrees or on the grill at low to medium heat.

Char Siu Sauce, used to make Char Siu, is a wonderful BBQ marinade and cooking sauce for pork, beef, chicken and other poultry. It really lends itself well to just about any meat to give it that classic sweet char siu taste. There is enough sauce in each bottle to make about 3 lbs. of meat.
