Review of Bay Valley Pureed Beef With Beef Broth, 15-Ounce Units (Pack of 12)

A person who has had weight-loss surgery isn't supposed to eat beef for three years.

Some people who have had weight-loss surgery aren't willing to live with that limitation, but do not enjoy barfing.

This pureed beef makes beef edible, as there is no possibility of its containing anything inedible, like gristle, or inadequately cooked. It can be used with many recipes, to make anything from chili to sandwich spread. If you want to reduce the fat in it, shake it up thoroughly and then put it in the refrigerator long enough to chill it completely. Then open it. Most of the fat will have solidified and will be clinging to the lid. Remove and discard the lid and use a spoon to scrape off any fat that is on the top of the contents. Then go on with your recipe.
