The flavor of the jerky is tasty. It has a nice brown sugar soy flavor...but it is extremely moist. It is way too moist. It is almost soggy. I am going to try and put it in the oven and see if I can dry it out. After just touching it, my wife will not even eat it because the texture grossed her out. she said it feels like slime.Product Description
