These are quite tasty and I believe quite lean. I reccommend them with a cold beer and will probably order another pack.
I used Tony Cachere's Creole Butter marinade for my roasted (un-stuffed)Thanksgiving Turkey, and have also used it for injecting baked chicken breasts. It's made the best roasted poultry I've ever had, and now my 21 year old requests it as one of his favorite dinners. Even left-overs stay moist and flavorful.
These cocktail franks in puff pastry are absolutely delicious and easy to bake. Just 10 minutes in a pre-heated toaster oven, and these snacks are perfect! The beef franks are juicy and tasty. The puff pastry is perfect. These make a great snack for the whole family (or just myself!). I would highly recommend these for a party, or just to have around the house.
Recently my husband and I ordered the Bistro Grill Sampler, of which this was one of the meals.It was the only one we really disliked. Although I cooked to the minimum time, the meat was tough and overcooked.Worst of all was the bourbon sauce, gooey and gelatinous, very hospital- or cat food-esque, with a strong rancid garlic smell.I love garlic, but this was not a good flavor.On the plus side, the meat had no fat or gristle.Just my $.02
My husband is German so we've had a lot of brats, especially during our trips back to Germany so we thought we'd give these a try. We couldn't have been more pleased. These are by far the best brats we have ever had! The flavors are amazing and they cook up perfectly on the grill. Now that we are living in Germany I have to say I miss the Altengartz brats - they are by far the best. Congrats to this father-son business on their great brats!

This is the only char siu marinade I use, very simple, i'll marinate pork or chicken with it, after the marinating is done i'll cook it in the oven at 350 degrees or on the grill at low to medium heat.
I can't believe you can get so much flavor out of something so simple as sea salt! Its amazingly great when you rub it on a steak and grill it...wow. I love roasted garlic, so this is the perfect thing for everything I cook!
The actual jerky in this set is very good.unfortunately, the bulk of this set is some kind of meat stick and they're pretty funky.Can't get anyone around here to eat them, so they're just going to wind up in the trash I guess.The elk was OK and the buffalo was pretty good.I just wish it was lots of the regular jerky instead of those cruddy meat sticks.
I have ordered from Home Cooking for a number of years.I started ordering for my elderly Mother who needed better nutrition but no longer cooked for herself much.I like this company and now order for my husband and I to have something nice in freezer when we are busy and too tired to cook. If you're good and tired of frozen super market entrees give home cooking a try.

What some people call moist, I call chewy.Perhaps a bit too much so.Maybe I am just used to a drier product.The taste is good.It has a great maple flavor.It is not too sweet, either.

I love this stuff and it is sooo easy to make.Just a little water and 5 minutes in the microwave and dinner is done.
Although it's extremely expensive, I thought I'd try this pastrami since so many of the brands I bought at local stores were 'discusting'.This Glick and Froyd New York Style sliced Pastrami was tender and melted in my mouth.It was just so amazing to actually find this type of meat that wasn't fraught with hard bits and excessive fat.It is truly delicious!I highly recommend you try it!
I saw Ina make this homemade on Barefoot Contessa, and it was just too involved to make at home, so I thought I'd buy a bottle.It looked exactly like it did on her show.Very homemade flavor, with sauteed onions, spices, and tons of flavor...you can actually taste all the flavors that are in it...nothing artificial.Very good with a spicy kick!
I purchased two boxes, thinking they would be great. I am a big fan of all there jerky, so I thought they would be something like a Slim Jim. Was I wrong. Had 2-3 bites, and the 2 boxes went in the trash.
I have been a fan of jack links turkey jerky for about 5 years now ever since I first tried it..All time favorite snack!! Only Jack Links brand, any other kind of turkey jerkey I have tried has been blah to say the least...Highly recomend!! Ohh, skip there ham jerkey and a1 sauce new products though.. eeks
These are soft and chewy and do not hurt your teeth.I was doing the Atkins diet and they have some of the lowest carbs for jerky.They are really good. A little pricy-but the small bags are convenient snack sizes.They weren't anymore expensive than when I bought them at Wal-Mart
I get these at a local convenient store every now and again.Many times they are dried out (because of the store, not the manufacturer) and they are still good.But when they are fresh they are the best!
Natural casing wieners have always been a favorite and difficult to find.The price of the wieners was reasonable, but the freight was a "killer".
Pretty good stuff and SO easy to prepare! I've been ordering quite a bit of this to have on hand for when you don't feel like cooking or going out ... or are tired of the dreaded pizza delivery. I like to add salsa or picante sauce to mine which makes it even better.
Met up with Bill, and his group, while on vacaction, in Florida. Friend of a friend thing....but was invited to a cook out at his resort. Bill grilled steak, seafood, vegetables using his spices. It was the best dinner I had during vacation. The meat and seafood was beyond believe. The steaks and seafood was purchased at Sam's Club. Nothing special there.....so it was Lucky Bill's Spices that was the trick. From this point on, I will only purchase my spices from Lucky Bill's.

This is the best grilling spice I have ever tasted, great on steak and grilled potatoes. They have a spice for almost any type of meat.I also really enjoy the poultry spice. Original is the best but low sodium is also good.I have been using this for the last 15 years and people always comment about how good my tri tip and steaks are.The key secret is Mansmiths grilling spice.
Pretty good, but gets kinda salty, if you get a lot of them. I couldn't really tell the difference between regular beef jerky and buffalo, but still good. =]

We purchased this turkey for T-day and it arrived right on time, nicely iced.We brined it with just plain kosher salt overnight.We roasted the turkey breast-side up and then turned it over so that the breast was underneath.It was the best tasting turkey we've ever had.Several of our dinner guests said that they were not very fond of turkey, but that this bird changed their minds!

The Kobe Burgers were great. However if you like steak these can spoil you very quickly, if you never had a Kobe steak this will take your taste for for steaks to a new level. Best tasting steaks your money can buy! You are warned your first bite won't be your last!
This is a little more expensive than other beef jerky products, but it is an real treat, and worth the extra cost!Great texture (definitely NOT like chewing on an old boot) and a great mesquite and smoked flavor.The first couple of pieces really grow on you, until it's tough to keep your hand out of the bag!
I have bought this product in stores for years.When I got the chance to buy it here and cheaper..i jumped at it.
I have ordered these same Landjager multiple times since I tried them. If you're a meat junkie they're great! Just make sure you let them hang out to dry for as long as you can because they just get better and better! A week or so is when they really start getting good. I end up eating half of them before they really hit their sweet spot, but maybe you've got more self control than me!!!
Mccormick Montreal seasoning is one of the simplest, best tasting, and versatile seasoning on the planet for virtually any meat. It's awesome on burgers and steaks, but it's also very good on chicken, vegetable kabobs, pork chops, and virtually any other meat. I mix it with soy sauce for burgers, and consistently get asked by my guests what the secret is. They can't believe it when I tell them how simple it is! I also use this in the broiler with a little olive oil with great results.

Excellent rich flavor without high sodium.I use this in so many dishes, not just stir fry or oriental cooking.I use this as a finishing sauce for steak and pork shops. I also plan to use it for homemade soups and pot roast.
Folks, move along--don't buy this from these people.They are completely incompetent.The links showed up rancid, so I refused the order (but they also took TWO+ WEEKS TO SHIP THIS NIGHTMARE, and made my whole experience the worst I have had w/Amazon in 8 years).
We are currently using the Daily Motion and the Senior formulas of Pet Naturals, depending on which of our three dogs is up to bat for his or her "daily."I can only say good things about the superior formulas of Pet Naturals supplements, except for one thing, none of our three dogs want anything to do with them. They are "smoke" flavored, which I took to mean something up the line of jerky or bacon sort of flavoring. No, these smell more like a fireplace, not attractive to a human or a dog, unless one or the other was contemplating chewing and swallowing charcoal briquettes as a treat. I have to say all in all, it's very hard to find any supplement or medication that is supposedly attractively flavored for canines that they actually like. I think it's rather like the "great tasting cherry flavor" cough syrups, they just fall short. Given the dogs aren't too motivated regarding their health, I have found myself with the chore of crushing these and adding to food, or skillfully concealing them in cream cheese blobs. Crushing is most easily accomplished for me by placing on the counter and using the palm of my hand placed on top of the side of the french chef knife laying flat atop the vitamin. Any parent of a two year old or a pet knows the sort of tricks we will resort to. I will stick with this brand, unless I find better, due to the absolutely OUTSTANDING nutritional values that make the hassle factor so worth it. If the flavor was more human friendly, I would consider taking these myself. It would be far more hassle to have try and give many separate products to get the full range of supplements found in just one of these pills. The value for the money is pretty good, too, as just a half to one pill is a "serving" for a small breed under about 20lbs. This is a much better value than some brands requiring a whole pill or several pills, but the same number in the bottle for equal or greater price. Taste is ick, but the price and health outrank this one issue. I really wish they would improve the flavor of these so I could give them five stars. Oh the luxury.

Think Twice Friends! I love Bresaola! I have eaten more than my fair share and I will caution you on ordering this product. 1-My order weighed in a exactly 1 pound 3 ounces, which is 40% less than what I paid for. 2- This meat has a distinct plastic taste and smell that penetrates the outer third of the meat. I paid for next day shipping to ensure the product would not be mishandled in shipping. After a month, I got a partial refund, with prodding Ditalia via email. Final cost was: $33.00 or $1.68 per ounce or $26.88 per pound, which would be a bargain if it was any good. Aside from homemade or Dean & DeLuca's, I can't vouch for the others but I will call this an experiment gone bad. For myself, if Gianni or Guido can't make me some homemade, then I will go with Dean & DeLuca's. You get what you pay for!
We sent these to Idaho for Christmas, and my obnoxious sister-in-law, barely remembering to say thankyou, tells me they are no better than can be bought in the local store. Not having tasted them, I can only take her word for it, so I apologize if she's full of it. I CAN say I won't be sending them to her again(or much of anything else).
I lived in Texas for a few years, and I must say I have had no such good steaks there.Amazingly good. I highly recommend them!Too bad they don't ship them worldwide.
This company looked pretty good on the web, but seemed a bit expensive. They did offer the option to deliver the goods on a specific day, so I overlooked the cost and ordered a prime roast for Christmas day.I didn't want to cut the time to close, so I specified the 22nd for a delivery date.Well, today's the 24th and they've informed me that the delivery won't be there until after Christmas (You can only contact them by email or leave a voice mail). They said there was an ice storm, but other packages have been arriving at the shipping location from other vendors....Also, in their email resonse to me they didn't offer to upgrade to 1 day shipping...so now, my family is changing plans at the last minute for Christmas day....I don't know what the quality of their meat is...but I really don't care right now. Ho Ho Ho
This sauce will change the way you think about BBQ sauce. Once you try it, all the mass market sauces are a thing of the past. Kraft, smaft; Bullseye, smhullseye - these are you new best friend. The Rich & Mild is a fantastic sauce with a great blend of spices, dark molasses and honey. If you like a little heat (in the words of a famous TV chef "Kick it up a notch"), the Hot & Spicy is your sauce. The Chipotle peppers are roasted, so they are not too hot - juuuust enough to add a little heat to the mix. The Teriyaki is a great marinade for quick meals. Just marinade for a 1/2 hour to 1 hour and place on your local BBQ. I heat a few ounces and pour it over the meat just before I serve it. You wont be disappointed!
