This is a great jerkey substitute if you're vegetarian. The problem is, when it is stale, it's very hard to chew (but still tastes good). When it is fresh, it is absolutely awesome.Stonewall's is my favorite brand of vegetarian jerkey. If you don't like your jerkey hot, I suggest you try mild or teriyaki. Otherwise, this is the stuff for you!
