Hi,I have been using this product for about ten or more years and have found it to be the best with any beef meat that I want to use.It will flavor and tenderiz anything that you might want to throw at it.Can't say enough about it.My husband has no teeth and he enjoys all his steaks, from chuck to porterhouse.Give it a try and you won't use anything else.
