I love this stuff. I have been consuming this jerky for years. I generally purchase it directly at the store in Jacksonville but have also had no problems ordering it via Amazon when I'm not in that area of the world.Actual strips of beef, I don't know what the other reviewer is referring to.
I believe it's top round cut into strips. The traditional is my favorite with the cracked pepper being my second fav.
I have yet to have a better piece of jerky.
