I ENJOYED EATING THIS BEEF WITH MY MOUTH.I COOKED IT ON A STOVE WHICH IS IN MY HUMBLE OPINION A SUPERIOR WAY OF COOKING THIS ENJOYABLE BEEF.ITS VERY DENSE AS I FOUND WHEN I ROLLED IT INTO A BALL AND THREW IT AT THE NOISY NEIGHBORS.I HEAR HE WILL BE OUT OF THE INTENSIVE CARE UNIT SHORTLY.

P.S. I FIND THE PICTURE JUST AS OR MORE ENJOYABLE AS THE ENJOYABLE BEEF
