The nutrition facts off the label are total fat 0.5g, saturated and trans fat 0g, cholesterol 25mg, sodium 600mg, carbohydrates 4g, fiber 0g, sugar 3g, protein 15g per one ounce serving.For some it may be too spicy.I liked them.:)
