I have tried all the flavors now and each is unique, the hickory is a true hickory that isn't overly strong but clearly has a taste of hickory smoking.The price is a value in the pound size.I would have favorites in the flavors but all were very good in taste, consistency and tenderness that I don't see in other brands that are more common.
