I like the standardized size of pieces and their great taste. I like how buffalos are protected against hormones, etc and are grass fed on ranges which should positively impact their omega 3 content? The only problem I have, which might be critical to some people, is the need to spit out so much of unchewable bits of each piece. I suppose it indicates minimal processing which is a good thing, but I can't eat them unless I'm alone and near a waste container to spit out the parts that can't be chewed.

I have been a fan of jack links turkey jerky for about 5 years now ever since I first tried it..All time favorite snack!! Only Jack Links brand, any other kind of turkey jerkey I have tried has been blah to say the least...Highly recomend!! Ohh, skip there ham jerkey and a1 sauce new products though.. eeks
