We're big fans of the Jack Link's Peppered Jerky! Any time Amazon has a sale on it, we're buying it! It's meat, smoke, and pepper - what else could you ask for?
If you like beef jerky, you will like this product.I ordered it for my 25-yr. old son who expects a big bag of jerky every Xmas & no one was disappointed.My only disappointment was realizing that I could purchase this flavor at Walmart for a substantially lower cost-per-ounce.
I love most Jack Links jerky products,however, I was disappointed with this product though it had all the heat - the flavor was lacking true pepper taste. It tasted like a bunch of powdered old HOT spices not a true fresh pepper cure. I think the mistake most people make with hot peppers is not removing the seeds before using, as this can give a bitter as well as hot taste. I have not given up on Jack Links - just ordered their turkey jerky!
This jerky was very tasty.It's now one of my favorite flavors of jack link's.It has a good amount of spice to it, but not so much that it's overwhelming if you eat spicy food regularly.
This is my jerky of choice hands down. I have tried many brands and flavors, but this is my favorite. Not really all that spicy to someone with a palate that craves heat, but very delicious. Big tender pieces for a commercially produced jerky.

This is my new favorite beef jerky. If you like a1 steak sauce, you are gonna love this! Were I shop they sell these for $7.99, so this is a great deal. Came super fast!

Compared to other jerky that I've tried (not many), most of the pieces are pretty tender for jerky and very roughly squarish, as opposed to long strips.This snack has a very high ratio of protein in it with very little fat and a hint of sugar (probably as a preservative as well as taste).I also find it difficult to leave the bag alone, and can quickly finish a bag off.Taste is good though I probably prefer peppered more.
