At least for me, here in the sticks. I use this for a base for goulash and chicken paprikas, and it's yummy!
When I ordered these I was really hoping for some seriously tasty pepperoni sticks after reading reviews claiming that these were "packed with big flavor."Pepperoni they are not.If you are expecting seriously spicy and rich pepperoni you will be let down as I was.Does that make these treats bad?No, I still found them to be good in their own right.They're like Slim Jim's that actually taste like you're eating meat as opposed to extruded grease logs.They're pretty good and I may buy them again but be warned that it's just not quite pepperoni.
This is s tasty product sold at a moderate price.But it contains trans fat,hydogenated oils and high levels of sodium. It has three percent total fat and no cholesterol .It is also manufactured on equipment that was used to process eggs,tree nutsand peanuts.It is flavored with "natural flavorings" which is a little uninformative for people trying to follow a vegan or vegetarian diet.It comes in a very sturdy container that has a shelf life of over twenty years.No where on the container was there any information whether or not this was a vegan or vegetarian product.Nor was there any information on whether or not genetically modified soy beans were used.I love the taste of this product and would continue to use it if not for the transfats and doubts on whetherit is a vegan product.It is great with rice or pasta.It would make an excellent emergency or survival food for an omnivore .
got two orders of this product. in ALL there was only one small part of one piece that was inedible. tastes good and no aftertaste. will buy again.
These bags of jerky were part of Christmas gift baskets.Heard they were well loved and delicious when playing cards etc.

These are a little expensive, but totally delicious. I've never eaten a slim jim in my life, but these are what I always hoped a slim jim would be like.
